Sweden and about forty other countries where Google has roof data: most of Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico and South America, Japan, Australia and more. Coverage is best in cities. If an address has no data, the tool tells you straight away and you pay nothing.
The measurement is based on Google's roof data and elevation data over the building, the same data used for planning solar installations. Areas are measured along the roof's pitch, which is what materials are calculated against, and the aerial photo's date and resolution are always stated on the report, so you can see what the numbers are based on.
Yes. A report costs 149 SEK including 25 % VAT (EU) (SEK 119.20 net + SEK 29.80 VAT for EU buyers), and the VAT is itemised on the receipt at the bottom of the report.
We only store what is needed to deliver the report: the address being measured and the email address it is sent to. The data controller is the business behind Takrapport, and the data is never sold or shared. Visitor statistics are counted without cookies and only store daily totals: which page, where from and the browser's language.
